This class teaches communicating effectively in teams and other face-to-face situations while developing essential leadership capabilities. Students will study and practice verbal, non-verbal, and listening communication skills alongside techniques for guiding and motivating others. It is also a practical experience in learning to work effectively in teams through projects and student-led activities that emphasize collaborative leadership and decision-making. The class is English-speaking intensive, designed to help students improve their fluency and confidence in the English language while also enhancing their interpersonal and leadership skills through real-world application.
